Some products sold through Qwartz.com are from affiliate programs. Please make certain your receipt reads Qwartz.com on the receipt. If not, there should be contact information for the company which shipped the item. If you had an unpleasant experience with one of our affiliates, please notify us so we can make certain those affiliates maintain the high-level of quality we expect for our customers.
Returnable Items
As for the products shipped from, or on behalf of Qwartz.com, each product should have its return policy briefly stated in its description section which will take precedence over the policy stated here.
For sanitary and safety reasons, food, personal care & hygienic, intimate apparel, swimsuits, and adult items cannot be returned.
Our return policy for most items is 14 days from receipt of the item.
To be eligible for a return, one of the following must be applicable. The item;
- must have arrived damaged
- does not generally match the description of the item
To complete your return, we require all of the following
- a receipt or proof of purchase.
- the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it,
- the item is in its original packaging
If the return period has expired, you may be eligible for repair/replacement from the manufacturer. Please contact them directly.
RMA Process
If you still feel you are eligible for a refund, please contact us to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and we will get back to you within two business days.
If your RMA is approved, we will email you instructions for returning the item(s). At our discretion, we will ask you to ship the item at your cost or deny the request if the above return conditions have not been met.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you or a store coupon emailed to you.
If the gift was not directly mailed to you, please have the original purchaser request the exchange/refund.
Exchanges or Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will determine if your item will be replaced or we will directly issue a refund.
If we decide to exchange your item, a replacement will be processed within one business day.
If you are to receive a refund, then your refund will be processed within one business day, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within seven business days, please check your original funds account (PayPal, bank, credit card) to make certain the funds have not already been refunded. It will take a couple of days for credits to appear.
If, after ten business days of shipping your item, a credit has not been posted, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.
